NGBM’s software development team boasts over two dozen skilled technical practioners whose innovative thinking and technical expertise have developed and implemented a variety of integrated software end-to-end business solutions and propelled the company to the forefront in enterprise optimization. Our developers are experts in the following programming technologies: HTML/DHTML, CSS, Java Script/VB Script, JavaApplets. Their server technology skills include expertise in PHP, ASP, XML/XS; web server expertise extends to Apache, MSIIS, and Apache Tomcat.  Our software team is lead by three talented managers:

Anil Kumar, DotNet Project Manager

Anil Kumar leads a highly talented team of software engineers and is responsible for developing next-generation project management tools using a variety of server technologies (POP3, TCP/IOP, FTP, IMAP, HTTP, UDP, SMTP, and LDAP). With his solid experience in mission-critical systems development, Anil focuses his research and development teams on developing and delivering NGBM’s state-of-the-art products and quality services.

Prior to joining NGBM, he worked for Midland Webnet Technology. His .Net project credits include Buckley Jewellery, Custome Jewellery, Fashion Jewellery and DotNetNuke project IPMG Build Code.

Anil Kumar earned his MCA from Punjab Technical University and his O & A levels from DOEACC. 

Dr. Rajan Kumar Upadhyay, System Analyst

Dr. Rajan Kumar Upadhyay serves NGBM since its inception in 2002. He has over 10 years of leadership experience in the development of software and IT business and total enterprise solutions and has held executive level positions at companies such as GAUSA, India.  He has used his expertise in business solutions consulting to assist other well-respected companies such as Reliance, BSNL and Chamber Interactive.
Dr. Rajan’s experience with both the software product business and the IT service business is the underpinning of his business philosophy and vision: Find the best talent and expertise to produce the most innovative products and services and work with global enterprises to deploy those solutions. With collective intelligence of over 25 software developers and experts, Rajan is using his knowledge of architecture and database design to lead NGBM in the development and deployment of innovative, next-generation project management tools, resources, and services and expanding NGBM globally.
Dr. Rajan earned Phd in Computer & Information Technology  and  Master’s Degree in Computer Application.

Th. Robita Devi, VP of Project Management and Development
Th. Robita Devi is the other co-founder of NGBM Solutions Limited and serves as the Vice President of Project Management and Development. She has over 10 years of solid experience in mission-critical systems development. This technical expertise was demonstrated in positions she held at Reliance Corporation in India and in the technical consulting work for Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, a leading energy company in India. She also develops software requirement specifications for NGBM clients Chamber Interactive  and Melco University. Robita understands the importance of customer focus and is committed to providing mission critical systems and services to NGBM clients. She uses her IT management experience to ensure that NGBM’s managers develop projects for customers that are fully scoped, scheduled, and executed, and cost-effective.

Robita uses her considerable experience to mentor and train our managers. Her goal is to achieve superior project outcomes so that staff can effectively engage stakeholder companies to enhance project performance and outcomes. Additionally, Ms. Upadhyay oversees the customer support functions for delivering high-quality and cost-effective products to NGBM’s global customer base.

Ms. Robita earned her Master’s Degree in Computer Application .

Sumit Kumar,GUI Manager

Prior to bringing his considerable talents to NGBM, Sumit Kumar utilized his expertise as a Web Designer & Project Manager at DynamiCreations and a Lead Designer at PragyaNet Technology. He and his team are responsible for drawing our clients’ concepts PSD & converting them into program languages. Sumit has extensive skills with the following desktop applications: MS Visual Basic/VBA, MS StudioNet, and databases MS SQL, My SQL, Oracle, and MS Access.
Sumit Kumar earned his BCA from IGNOU in 2003. He also earned credentials in software engineering and web designing, publishing and 3D animation from Apar India Institute.

Dinesh Chandra Kangabam, Testing & Quality Assurance Manager

Dinesh brings 10 years of quality assurance management experience to the NGBM development team.  As quality manager for a number of well-respected companies (AMT Computer and Aptech Computers, a leading Computer Education Institute in India), Dinesh has led NGBM’s Testing and Quality Analysis Department since 2004 and is responsible for ensuring that all NGBM programs meet our highest specifications and provide our clients with specialized solutions for their enterprise needs. He earned his degree in Computer Science Technology from NERIST in India.
