Susan Holms, Director
Susan Holmeshas served as a director since December 2005. Ms. Holms has served as Managing Partner of Holmes, Creek and Jones Partners since July 2004. Susan fine-tuned her employee and contract management expertise as President of Trident, an enterprise software company. She also served as Vice President, Sales for Beta Systems, Inc., a backup software company, Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales for Decision Support, Inc., a provider of infrastructure software and services, and Vice President of North American Sales for Innovis, a data warehousing software company. She serves as a director of a number of privately held companies.
Harindar Shama, Director
Harindar Shama has served as a director since May 2006. He brings considerable financial acumen and negotiation experience to the board. He served as Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer of TruSign, Inc., a provider of intelligent infrastructure services for the telecom industry. Additionally, Mr. Shama worked as a financial consultant, chief financial officer, and corporate controller for both public and private companies. Harindar serves as a director of a number of privately held companies.
Vijay Singh, Director
Vijay Singh has served as a director since April 2004. Prior to his retirement, Mr. Singh was founder and President of T-Comp Systems, Inc., a provider of network computing products and services. Mr. Singh currently serves as a director on the boards of a number of privately held companies and also serves as a private consultant to major Fortune 500 companies. Routinely called upon to speak as a guest lecturer throughout the country, Vijay is recognized as an expert in topics relating to networks and architecture and has been the keynote speaker at a number of global conferences.
Imran Bansal, Director
Imran Bansal has served as a director since 2004. Mr. Bansal is the founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Paragon Inc., a software engineering firm. Mr. Bansal serves on a number of public and private advisory boards. He lectures for numerous universities and is, routinely called upon to speak as a guest lecturer. Imran is recognized as an expert in topics relating to networks and architecture and entrepreneurship.
Desiree Dumas, Director
Desiree Dumas has served as a director since June 2005 and brings to the board extensive experience in the fields of accounting and finance. Ms. Dumas is a Managing Member of Korth Consulting/Management, LLC. Prior to joining Korth Consulting/Management, LLC, Ms. Dumas worked in Corporate Development at Bank of America. She also held the position of Chief Executive Officer of MTGM Ltd., a manufacturing company based in India. Desiree Driscoll currently serves as a director of a number of privately held companies and universities.
Dr. Ray Mota, Advisor
With 25+ years experience in the telecommunications market, Dr. Ray Mota brings a talent for complex technical thinking and provides strong direction, sharp analysis, and expert advice on networking issues, specializing in design, implementation, and troubleshooting. Ray has developed a vast network of influential relationships, which has strengthened his solid reputation among his peers in the telecom industry.
Ray honed his IT industry experience and expertise as a user, manager, and network integrator. He designed and implemented the first Frame relay/ATM network for New York City and developed automated network operation centers for many wallstreet firms. Other key accomplishments include developing artificial intelligence imaging recognition program and high business analytics systems. He has several pending patents.
His career is highlighted by the strong direction and expert advice, as well as his commitment to maximizing organizational efficiency and empowering others to succeed. He has held leadership positions at Aberdeen Group, ManageAll, Micros-To-Mainframes, Advanced Technology Group, and Eastman Kodak.
Routinely called upon to speak as a guest lecturer throughout the country, Ray is recognized as an expert in topics relating to networks and architecture and has been the keynote speaker at a number of global conferences. His commentaries and analyses have been published in The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, Telecom Magazine, MSNBC, CNN Money, Forbes, Fortune, NY Times, and the SF Chronicle.
Ray’s numerous professional affiliations include the Princeton University Club; MIT Enterprise Forum; National Association of Rocketry; and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).
